WJ was founded in 1987 by our CEO, Wayne Johnston as a road marking company. We’ve since gone from strength to strength and now deliver a wide range of highway safety solutions, employing over 600 people. We are on a transformation journey to continue this growth and need people who ‘think exceptional’ to join us to achieve this goal.
