Supporting the community 
Supporting our communities is extremely important to us and as part of this we operate our Thinking Community initiative. This is an employee led programme that uses WJ’s resources to support causes that are important to them and everyone we work with and support through this is a “life inspired” to us.
We have also calculated and tracked our social value. This has enabled us to demonstrate real-world value to our supply chain, allowing for more collaborations that will have a significant impact on our communities.
